What are the steps for cleaning the interior of ZSC600-77.5-4 medium hard tooth reducer
Internal cleaning steps for ZSC600-77.5-4 medium hard gear reducer:
1. Shutdown and power off, take safety precautions, clean the dust and oil stains outside the reducer, and prevent impurities from entering the interior during disassembly.
2. Open the bottom drain plug and completely drain the old lubricating oil, sludge, and impurities from the box. Preheat appropriately in winter to facilitate oil drainage.
3. Disassemble the gearbox cover, bearing end cover, gear shaft assembly, oil seal, and sealing gasket in sequence, place them in order and mark them properly to avoid damaging the tooth surface by collision.

4. Soak and clean the casing, gears, bearings, shafts, end caps, and other components with industrial kerosene or neutral gear cleaner. Use a soft bristled brush to clean oil sludge and metal debris. Do not use a wire brush to directly brush the hard tooth surface.
5. Rinse each component twice with a clean cleaning agent to remove residual dirt, and then thoroughly dry all components with oil-free and waterless compressed air, focusing on drying gear teeth, bearing raceways, and dead corners of the housing.
6. Check the cleaned components to ensure that there are no impurities or residual moisture, and that key parts such as gears, bearings, and shaft necks have no obvious wear or corrosion.
7. Before reassembly, blow and wipe the interior and all components of the box again. After confirming cleanliness, assemble according to the marked order, replace with new sealing gaskets and oil seals to prevent impurities from entering during assembly.
8. After assembly, add qualified new lubricating oil to complete the entire internal cleaning process.
