Correct installation method for oil press reducer to avoid frequent failures in the later stage
Step 1: Install the foundation, level and fix it. The frame for installing the reducer must be flat, firm, and free from tilting or shaking. Place the reducer in the installation position, adjust the levelness to ensure the stability of the equipment body, and then tighten the foundation bolts. All bolts should be evenly stressed to avoid displacement and vibration during equipment operation. At the same time, reserve more than 30cm of space around the reducer for easy inspection, oil change, and maintenance operations in the later stage.
Step 2: Accurately connect the coupling. The reducer is connected to the motor and oil pressing spindle through a coupling, and the coaxiality must be ensured to be consistent during installation to avoid eccentricity and misalignment. After aligning the connection positions, check whether the elastic pad of the coupling is intact, without aging, damage, or missing. Then tighten the connecting bolts evenly, avoiding unilateral tightening to prevent uneven force from causing transmission jamming and component wear.

Step 3: Add specialized lubricating oil. After installation, do not start the machine directly for operation. According to the equipment manual, it is necessary to add the corresponding type of gear lubricating oil, strictly control the oil level height, and maintain it within the standard range of the oil window. There should be no shortage or overflow of oil. After filling, check whether there is any leakage at the sealing point.
Step 4: No load trial operation and debugging. After all installations are completed, perform a 5-10 minute no-load startup test to observe the equipment's operating status, listen for any abnormal noise, check for vibration, and check for oil leakage and overheating. After running without any abnormalities under no-load conditions, gradually feed in a small amount and debug with load to confirm that the pressing power and transmission status are normal before normal mass production can be carried out.
