1. Product Profile
Developed and manufactured in-house by our firm, the YX series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor benefits from more than three decades of our professional R&D and production experience. In recent years, we have carried out comprehensive upgrades: upgraded insulation materials, adopted low-loss silicon steel sheets, optimized manufacturing craftsmanship, and redesigned internal structures. These improvements cut the overall power consumption of motors by over 20% and greatly boost energy utilization efficiency.
This motor series is built with premium raw materials and mature production workflows, featuring outstanding advantages including high energy efficiency, low vibration, steady running performance, as well as simple installation and hassle-free daily maintenance.
All power ratings, electrical characteristics, installation dimensions and tolerance standards fully conform to IEC 34-1 international standards for rotating electrical machinery, alongside universal specifications for mechanical equipment manufacturing.
The motor housing supports five protection grades: IP23, IP44, IP54, IP55 and IP56, all compliant with IEC 34-5 enclosure protection standards for rotating machines. Customized protective versions such as duct ventilated IP44 and weather-resistant IPW24 can be customized on demand; we also provide tailor-made motors to satisfy special protection level requirements.
Standard cooling types for this line cover IC01, IC81W and IC611, which meet IEC 34-6 cooling method criteria for rotating machines. We can also develop motors with alternative cooling structures for customers with unique operational needs.
Matching protection grades for different sub-models: basic YX motors adopt IP23; YXKK series (IC81W cooling) comes standard with IP44; YXKS series (IC611 cooling) uses IP44 by default. IP54, IP55 and IP56 protection levels are available as optional upgrades for all variants.
The standard assembly and mounting configuration is IMB3 horizontal foot-mounted design, complying with IEC 34-7 standards for motor mounting forms.

2. Application Scope
