Basic Information
Product Description
The YPKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors, with frame sizes from H355 to H1120, feature a reasonable structure and advanced manufacturing technology. They offer high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance.
The motor’s power rating, mounting dimensions, and electrical performance comply with GB 755-2000 Rotating Electrical Machines – Rating and Performance, relevant IEC standards, and industry standard JB/T 10314.2-2002.
These motors are suitable for environments where the altitude does not exceed 1,000 m, the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and there is no serious dust, corrosive gas, or explosive gas. Motors can also be customized for hot and humid zones, plateau areas, or other special operating conditions.
The motor adopts a box-type structure. The frame is welded from steel plates, providing light weight and good rigidity. A closed air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, making it easy to dismantle and install, and convenient for maintenance.
The stator uses an external pressure mounting structure. The stator windings are made of Class F insulating materials, with reliable end fixation and binding. During manufacturing, the windings undergo multiple turn-to-turn impulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests. They are also treated using advanced Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) solvent-free paint equipment and processes, ensuring excellent insulation performance, strong mechanical strength, and good moisture resistance.
The squirrel-cage rotor adopts a copper-bar structure and is manufactured using reliable welding technology. After dynamic balancing, the rotor ensures smooth and stable motor operation.
Bearings can be supplied as rolling bearings or sliding bearings, depending on motor power and speed. The motor supports variable-frequency speed control, with a speed control range of 5–50 Hz. Standard rated voltages include 6 kV and 10 kV, and protection levels include IP44, IP54, and IP55. Other voltages, frequencies, and protection levels can be provided according to customer requirements.
