Maintenance cycle table for printing and dyeing machine reducer! Follow the instructions and operate stably with zero faults

Daily basic maintenance (5 minutes before shift): Check the operation status of the gearbox, listen for any abnormal noise, observe whether the machine body shakes abnormally, and whether the temperature is too high; Check whether there is any oil leakage or seepage on the oil seal and sealing surface; Clean up the accumulated cotton wool and dust on the surface of the equipment to ensure smooth heat dissipation; Confirm that the equipment is running at a stable speed without any lagging or deviation issues. Promptly record and handle minor abnormalities to prevent minor issues from escalating.

Weekly special maintenance: Fully tighten the fixing bolts and connecting components of the reducer to prevent looseness and displacement; Check the lubricating oil level and promptly replenish the same type of specialized gear oil if it is insufficient; Clean up impurities in the dead corners of heat dissipation and check the aging condition of seals; Test the start stop operation status of the equipment to ensure smooth and normal transmission.

Monthly deep maintenance: Accurately calibrate the installation levelness of the reducer and the coaxiality of the motor, and correct the offset caused by long-term vibration; Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the operation status of gears and bearings, and identify potential internal wear hazards; Clean up minor impurities inside the box, check the quality of the lubricating oil, and replace it promptly if there is slight deterioration; Detect the transmission accuracy of the equipment and adapt to the printing and dyeing process requirements.

Quarterly comprehensive maintenance: thoroughly replace the gearbox lubricating oil, clean the inside of the box, remove oil sludge, impurities, and rust residues; Comprehensively inspect vulnerable parts such as seals, bearings, gears, etc., and replace all aging and worn parts; Calibrate equipment transmission parameters, optimize operating conditions, and adapt to production needs.

Annual major maintenance: dismantling and inspecting the entire machine, checking the wear and tear of all precision parts, repairing or replacing damaged core components; Re calibrate the installation accuracy and transmission clearance of the equipment; Carry out anti-corrosion protection for the shell, comprehensively investigate safety hazards, and ensure stable operation at full load in the coming year.

Standardized periodic maintenance does not require a lot of time and effort, but can reduce faults from the root and greatly improve the production stability of printing and dyeing equipment.
