What are the lubrication methods for the R107 13.61 37KW gear reducer in high temperature environments
1、 Core adaptation lubrication method
Forced pressure circulation oil injection lubrication: This is the preferred solution for high-temperature working conditions where the ambient temperature is greater than 70 ℃. The pressurized high-temperature synthetic gear oil is precisely sprayed onto the gear meshing surface and bearing position through an external oil pump. At the same time, it is equipped with an oil cooler and filter to continuously remove frictional heat and filter impurities, avoiding oil temperature exceeding the standard from the root. It is suitable for the 37KW heavy-duty continuous operation requirements of this model.
Optimized oil bath+splash lubrication: Only suitable for medium to high temperature scenarios with ambient temperatures of 40~70 ℃. The oil level should be controlled at 1/3~1/2 tooth height of the low-speed gear, and the oil tank volume should be appropriately increased to enhance natural heat dissipation of the box. At the same time, the oil should be upgraded to high viscosity heavy-duty gear oil to avoid oil film rupture at high temperatures.

2、 Key requirements for supporting high-temperature lubrication
Oil selection: L-CKD 320/460 heavy-duty industrial gear oil or PAO high-temperature synthetic gear oil must be selected, with added anti-oxidation, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to delay the oxidation and deterioration of the oil at high temperatures and ensure the strength of the gear surface oil film.
Operation control: Strictly control the operating oil temperature to ≤ 80 ℃, install oil temperature monitoring sensors, shorten the oil change cycle by 30% compared to normal temperature conditions, and avoid lubrication failure caused by oil degradation.
Structural assistance: Install a thermal insulation cover on the outside of the box to isolate external heat sources, reduce additional heat intrusion, and lower the cooling pressure of the lubrication system.
