1、 Different installation forms correspond to different oil levels and refueling amounts
M1 horizontal foot installation: The oil level is based on the line in the oil level mirror, and the corresponding refueling amount is about 1.2L
M2 vertical flange installation: The oil level should be at least 10mm below the lower bearing, corresponding to a refueling amount of approximately 2.1L
M3 tilted/special layout installation: The oil level ensures that the gear is immersed in 1 tooth height and does not exceed 1/3 of the tooth top, corresponding to a refueling amount of about 2.3L
M4 high input installation: The oil level needs to cover the lower half of the high-speed shaft bearing, corresponding to a refueling volume of about 3.0L
2、 Oil level inspection specifications

After the equipment is completely shut down and cooled for 30 minutes, check again to avoid reading deviation caused by thermal oil expansion
Based on the line in the oil level mirror, a small error of ± 5mm is allowed
The inclined operation condition requires recalibration of the oil level, and horizontal standards cannot be directly applied
3、 Criteria for determining abnormal oil level
High oil level: Gear stirring generates a large amount of heat, and the operating oil temperature will be 15-20 ℃ higher than the normal value
Low oil level: The bevel gear meshing pair and upper and lower bearings cannot receive effective splash lubrication, resulting in local dry friction noise
