How to solve the problem of internal gear transmission system faults in CJY series reducers

The solution to the internal gear transmission system faults of CJY series reducers requires corresponding measures to be taken for specific types of faults. Based on common problems, the core solution is as follows:

1. Gear wear or fatigue fracture

Reason for wear: Alternating load causes fatigue crack propagation at the tooth root, ultimately leading to fracture; Or fracture may be caused by short-term overload or impact load.

Solution to gear wear:

(1) Increase the fillet radius of the tooth root transition to reduce stress concentration;

(2) Improve the stiffness of the shaft and support, and alleviate local loads;

(3) Strengthening treatment of tooth roots (such as shot peening);

(4) Ensure that the gear material meets the requirements and that the hardness meets the standard after heat treatment.

2. Gear pitting and peeling

Reason for pitting corrosion: Insufficient contact fatigue strength, lubricating oil entering microcracks and expanding during repeated meshing, resulting in metal block peeling.

Solution to pitting corrosion:

(1) Improve gear machining accuracy and assembly accuracy to ensure normal meshing;

(2) Use high-quality lubricating oil and keep it clean to avoid impurities accelerating damage;

(3) Check whether there are defects on the surface and inside of the gear.

3. Abnormal vibration and noise

Possible causes of abnormal vibration: foreign objects stuck in the gear meshing area, damaged bearings, large coaxiality errors, loose bolts, or impurities in the lubricating oil.

Solution to abnormal vibration:

(1) Dismantle and clean foreign objects, replace damaged parts;

(2) Correct the alignment between the motor and the reducer;

(3) Tighten the connecting bolts and regularly check the assembly status.

4. Abnormal fever

Possible causes of abnormal heating: overload operation, bearing wear, frequent start stop, abnormal voltage, or poor lubrication.

Solution to abnormal fever:

(1) Control the load within the rated range to avoid long-term overload;

(2) Regularly replace lubricating oil to ensure smooth oil flow;
