Product Description

AMI series are engineered modular induction motors, delivering high reliability and availability for heavy‑duty and demanding industrial applications.

Customizable modular design adapts to diverse customer‑specific application requirements, built on mature industry modular platform. The motors comply with relevant international standards, supporting both direct‑on‑line (DOL) and variable speed drive (VSD) operation.

Adopting welded steel frame, multiple cooling & protection options are available as standard: IC01 / IP24W, IC611 / IP55, IC81W / IP55. Standard shaft height ranges from 400 mm to 630 mm, supporting horizontal or vertical mounting configurations.

This catalogue mainly shows 50 Hz technical data; the motor can run at 50 Hz & 60 Hz with synchronous speed 500‑3600 rpm. Catalogue coverage output power up to 8000 kW, full product range reaches 23000 kW.

IC01 / IP24W Weather‑protected construction with shaft‑driven internal cooling fan. Optimized air intake path restricts particle and rain/snow ingress, resistant to splashing water from all directions.
IC611 / IP55 Fully‑enclosed structure equipped with air‑to‑air heat exchanger. Internal and external shaft‑mounted fans serve inner and outer cooling circuits. Dust‑proof and protected against splashing water from all directions.
IC81W / IP55 Fully‑enclosed motor fitted with air‑to‑water heat exchanger. Internal shaft fan for inner cooling circuit. Dust‑proof and splash‑water resistant.
