Industrial Transmission "All-Rounder"! RV/NMRV and R/K/S/F series gearboxes for seamless scenario selection

1、 RV reducer (planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer)

The RV reducer is composed of a first stage involute planetary gear system and a second stage cycloidal pinwheel planetary gear system, and belongs to high-end precision transmission components.

Core features: It has the characteristics of large transmission ratio, high rigidity, high torque, strong impact resistance, high precision and almost no backlash, but relatively large volume and high cost.

Applicable scenarios: Mainly used as core transmission components in high-end equipment fields, such as industrial robots (six axis robots, SCARA, humanoid robots with high requirements for waist/hip/lower limb joints), welding robotic arms, high load servo systems, CNC machine tools, and aerospace applications with ultra-high precision requirements.

2、 NMRV gearbox (worm gear reducer)

NMRV reducer usually refers to an aluminum shell worm gear reducer, which uses a structure in which the worm gear drives the worm wheel to rotate.

Core features: Equipped with self-locking function (preventing load reversal after power failure), quiet operation, low price, but relatively low transmission efficiency (60%~80%), easy to heat up after long-term operation, not suitable for frequent start stop or high-precision positioning.

Applicable scenarios: Widely used in low to medium load, self-locking or cost sensitive scenarios, such as lifting platforms, electric doors, conveyors, packaging equipment, food machinery and various small conveying equipment.

3、 Four series of reducers (R/K/S/F series)

These four series all belong to modular design gear reducers, widely used in various industrial transmissions. The specific scene differentiation is as follows:

R series (coaxial helical gear hard tooth surface reducer)

Features: Coaxial output, small size, high stiffness, strong load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency (up to 96%), optimized for mixing and other scenarios, capable of withstanding large axial and radial forces.

Applicable scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty, high-precision, and space limited scenarios, such as metallurgical mines, port cranes, machine tools, textile machinery, mixing equipment, and automated production lines.

K series (helical gear bevel gear reducer)

Features: Adopting a composite transmission of helical gears and bevel gears to achieve 90 ° vertical output. The transmission efficiency is over 95%, the load-bearing capacity is extremely strong (the allowable torque can reach 50000 N · m or more), the operation is smooth and the noise is low, but the structure is relatively large.

Applicable scenarios: Specializing in heavy-duty and transmission direction changing scenarios, such as food processing production lines, chemical mixing equipment, engineering machinery (tower cranes, elevators), metallurgical machinery, excavation machinery, and belt conveyor systems.

S series (helical gear worm gear reducer)

Features: Adopting a combination of helical gears and worm gears for transmission, the structure is compact and lightweight, and some models have self-locking function. The operating noise is extremely low, but the transmission efficiency is lower than that of pure gear reducers (average between 57% and 77%).
