1. Scientific selection and standardized use of lubricating oil
Suitable for high temperature conditions: High temperatures in summer can accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of lubricating oil, dilute viscosity, and significantly reduce lubrication and heat dissipation performance. Targeted replacement of high viscosity and high-temperature resistant anti-wear gear oil is required to adapt to high-temperature operating conditions.
Keep the oil pure: Ensure the fuel dispenser is clean and strictly avoid impurities in the fuel tank. Regularly check the oil quality. If emulsification, impurities or blackening and turbidity are found in the oil, it must be replaced in a timely manner.
Control oil quantity and impurities: The oil quantity configuration of lubricating oil should be appropriate. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check for metal debris in the oil. When the metal debris exceeds 0.5%, the oil must be replaced to prevent abrasive wear from exacerbating heating.
2. Strengthen operation monitoring and load management
Strictly control operating temperature: During operation, real-time monitoring of the temperature of the gearbox casing and bearings is required. Once the temperature rise exceeds the standard, the cause should be immediately investigated, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment with problems.
Avoid overload operation: Overloading is an important cause of increased friction and overheating. The load situation should be monitored. If the load exceeds 20% of the rated torque, the machine should be stopped immediately to reduce the load and prevent the gears from "overworking".
Scientific off peak load reduction: During the extreme high temperature period at noon, the feed load can be appropriately reduced by 15% -20% to reduce equipment operating pressure. After the equipment has been running continuously for 2 hours, it is recommended to stop and let it sit for 30 minutes for natural heat dissipation to avoid long-term accumulation of heat.
3. Precise installation and regular maintenance
Strict alignment calibration: Improper installation (such as incorrect alignment of bearings or unstable foundations) can cause additional friction in the transmission. Laser alignment instruments and other tools need to be used for calibration to ensure that the radial and angular deviations do not exceed 0.05 millimeters.
Improve heat dissipation environment: Set up a good ventilation environment for the reducer, and if necessary, install auxiliary cooling fans to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
Implement daily inspections: Regularly check the sealing of the oil seal, tighten the fixing bolts of the box to prevent oil leakage and seepage under high temperature conditions, which may cause lubrication failure. At the same time, check the wear of the gears and replace severely worn components in a timely manner.

4. Adopt advanced repair techniques (for minor damages that have already occurred)
Laser cladding technology: If there is slight wear or early microcracks on the surface of the gear, laser cladding technology can be used to deposit a layer of alloy powder on the surface.
