It is prohibited to use ordinary engine oil, as its wear resistance is insufficient and cannot effectively protect gears and bearings, which will accelerate wear and shorten equipment life.

The coaxiality between the output shaft of the reducer, the input shaft of the motor, and the drive shaft of the fan must be accurately calibrated, and the error should be controlled within ≤ 0.1mm. Excessive coaxiality deviation can generate additional axial and radial forces, leading to premature wear of bearings and gears, and even causing shaft breakage.
2. Improper use of foundation pads
Excessive quantity: The number of gaskets should be minimized, and the correct approach is to control it within 3 pieces, with a maximum of 5 pieces. Excessive shims will reduce the stiffness and stability of the foundation support.
