The maintenance focus of feed mixer reducer varies in different seasons
1. Spring: Moisture and rust prevention are the core. In spring, it is rainy and the air is humid. The humidity in the breeding farm is high, and the inside of the gearbox is prone to moisture, rust, and bearing jamming. Maintenance focus: Check the sealing condition of the equipment after each rain and promptly clean the accumulated water on the machine body; Check the oil condition once a month to prevent emulsification and deterioration of the oil; Cover and ventilate idle equipment to avoid moisture and corrosion of components.
2. Summer: Cooling and overload prevention are key. In the hot summer, continuous operation of the gearbox is prone to overheating and high oil temperature, leading to lubrication failure and accelerated wear of components. Maintenance focus: Avoid prolonged and continuous operation at high noon temperatures, and shut down and cool down every 2-3 hours of operation; Replace the high-temperature resistant gear oil to prevent the oil from becoming thin and ineffective due to high temperature; Timely clean the dust and debris at the body's heat dissipation area to ensure smooth heat dissipation.
3. Autumn: Cleaning and maintenance, seasonal maintenance. In autumn, the climate is dry, the amount of dust is large, and there is a lot of grass debris, which can easily block the gaps in the gearbox and cause internal gear wear. Maintenance focus: comprehensively clean the dust and debris inside and outside the equipment; Conduct a comprehensive inspection of screws, seals, and gear wear during seasonal changes, and replace aging parts; Thoroughly replace the gear oil with a brand new one to prepare for winter operations.
4. Winter: anti freezing and anti starting overload. In winter, with low temperatures, the viscosity and flowability of gear oil increase, and the starting resistance of the gearbox increases, which can easily lead to startup lag and excessive load. Maintenance focus: replace winter antifreeze gear oil; Preheat the equipment without load for 5-10 minutes before starting, and do not directly load it for operation; Keep the equipment insulated in low temperature weather to avoid freezing, hardening, and cracking of components.
Four season targeted maintenance, tailored to environmental conditions, completely bid farewell to seasonal equipment failures, and ensure stable operation of the gearbox throughout the year.
