Application of precision planetary reducer in high-speed wire drawing machine

1. Coping with high-frequency impacts to ensure consistency in wire size

During the process of micro wire drawing, the wire undergoes large fluctuations in drawing force and strong instantaneous impact. The precision planetary reducer adopts a distributed load design with 3-6 sets of planetary gears synchronously meshing, which greatly improves the load-bearing capacity compared to traditional structures and can easily cope with high-frequency (such as>1000 times/hour) impact loads. Combined with optimized box heat dissipation design, high-quality synthetic lubricating grease, and high-grade (such as IP65) sealing protection, it can not only adapt to the common oil and dust environment in the wire drawing workshop, but also effectively delay the attenuation of lubricating oil, greatly reducing equipment failure rate and maintenance frequency.
