3. Impurities invade: Dust and metal debris enter the box and mix with the gear meshing surface, exacerbating the wear and scratches on the tooth surface;

4. Installation deviation: Uneven gear mesh clearance and coaxiality deviation result in excessive local stress, leading to localized pitting and peeling.

Persist in regularly checking the condition of lubricating oil, change and replenish oil on time, and prevent lubrication failure; Strictly control the operating load of equipment to avoid long-term overload and frequent impact start stop; Ensure proper equipment sealing and protection to prevent impurities from entering the casing; Regularly calibrate the installation accuracy to ensure even force distribution in gear meshing.

3、 Wear and corrosion repair methods

Slight pitting and wear: can be achieved by polishing the tooth surface, adjusting the meshing clearance, replacing high-quality lubricating oil, and continuing to use, while shortening the maintenance period and focusing on monitoring the working conditions; Moderate wear: Use professional tooth surface repair materials to repair the tooth surface, reinforce and strengthen it, and restore meshing accuracy; Severe wear, extensive pitting, and broken teeth: have no repair value and must be directly replaced with new gears to avoid causing major malfunctions.
