1、 Firstly, the principle of power matching. The rated power of the reducer should be slightly higher than the motor power, with a power margin of 10% -20% reserved to avoid damage to the reducer due to overload when the motor is running at full load. It is forbidden for the power of the reducer to be less than the power of the motor, otherwise it is prone to burning and jamming faults.

2、 Next is the coordinated combination of speed and speed ratio. Determine the output speed according to the production requirements of the equipment, and then match the motor speed and reducer speed ratio in reverse. The high-speed slitting equipment is paired with a small speed ratio reducer to ensure sufficient rotational speed; Heavy duty low-speed equipment paired with a high speed ratio reducer amplifies torque, enhances load capacity, and achieves precise matching of speed and power.

3、 Then there is the exclusive combination of variable frequency motor and reducer. Automated slitting machines often use variable frequency speed regulating motors, which need to be matched with high-precision reducers that are suitable for variable frequency working conditions to ensure a smooth and impact free speed regulation process. The speed can be linearly adjusted to prevent frequency conversion lagging and shaking problems, and to adapt to frequent speed regulation and start stop automation production scenarios.

4、 Finally, install coaxiality matching. The connection between the motor and the reducer must ensure high-precision coaxiality. Excessive coaxiality deviation can cause equipment vibration, bearing wear, excessive noise, and shorten the service life of the equipment. Accurate calibration after installation ensures smooth and stable power transmission. Reasonable combination of motors and reducers can thoroughly activate equipment performance, improve production efficiency, and reduce the probability of failure.
