1、 Scientific selection and precise installation
Accurate torque and speed ratio calculation: Accurately calculate the starting, peak, and continuous working torque based on load characteristics, and reserve sufficient safety factors (such as mining machinery that needs to reserve more than 30%). When the speed ratio is greater than 40, it is recommended to use a two-stage transmission scheme of planetary gears and worm gears to avoid a significant decrease in efficiency.

Strengthen sealing and respiratory system: adopt a composite structure of labyrinth seal and rotating shaft seal, and use modified silicone sealant on the joint surface. Equipped with an intelligent respiratory protection system, it automatically starts heating when the environmental humidity exceeds 80%, preventing condensation inside the box and filtering out dust particles.
Optimize lubrication and heat dissipation: PAO based fully synthetic gear oil is preferred, which has significantly better anti emulsification and anti micro pitting ability than mineral oil. Combining the design of a large fan with a larger surface area of the casing enhances heat dissipation, ensuring long-term operation and maintaining appropriate temperature.
Dealing with extreme temperatures: In extremely cold environments, it is necessary to add pour point depressants to improve pour point or equip with oil heaters; In extremely hot environments, supplement viscosity index improver and cooperate with cooling system to prevent insufficient oil film thickness from causing direct metal contact.
