Product Description

AMI series modular induction motors feature high reliability and adaptability, designed for harsh and demanding industrial application scenarios. Adopting the industry’s mature modular platform, the motors can be customized according to customer and application demands, fully complying with relevant international standards.

This motor model supports both direct-on-line (DOL) and variable speed drive (VSD) operation. It adopts an integral welded steel frame, with standard matching of multiple cooling modes and protection grades: IC01/IP24W, IC611/IP55, IC81W/IP55. The standard shaft height ranges from 400mm to 630mm, with flexible horizontal and vertical mounting options.

Applicable for 50Hz and 60Hz dual-frequency operation, the motor synchronous speed ranges from 500rpm to 3600rpm. The catalog-specified rated power is up to 8000kW, while the full product series can reach a maximum power of 23000kW.

Mounting Arrangement

Standard mounting types cover two mainstream forms, with customized mounting solutions available on request:

1. IM B3 (IM 1001): Horizontal foot mounted
2. IM V1 (IM 4011): Vertical flange mounted (free shaft end facing downwards)

Enclosure and Cooling Mode

IC01 / IP24

Equipped with a shaft-mounted built-in cooling fan. The optimized air intake structure limits the air velocity within 3m/s and adopts three over-90° sharp turning air ducts, which can effectively filter rain, snow and suspended particles. It provides reliable protection against splashing water from all directions.

IC611 / IP55

Fully enclosed structure fitted with an external air-to-air heat exchanger. Internal and external shaft-mounted fans form independent dual cooling circuits to ensure stable heat dissipation. It features dust-proof and all-direction splash-proof performance.

IC81W / IP55

Fully enclosed configuration equipped with an air-to-water heat exchanger and a built-in shaft cooling fan for internal circulating heat dissipation. It can prevent dust intrusion and resist splashing water from any direction.

IC31 / IP55

Designed with reserved cooling air inlet and outlet pipes for external remote air cooling. The upper cover is removable on the basis of the standard motor frame, with excellent dust-proof and splash-proof capability.

Packaging

Adopt standard export seaworthy packaging, including plywood packaging and fumigated wooden packaging, which is durable and suitable for long-distance sea and land transportation.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty is 12 months after equipment commissioning or 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first. Extended warranty services are available upon customer consultation.
