Built upon a proven mature modular platform, AMI motors support extensive configuration options to match various demanding operating scenarios. They conform to global relevant industrial standards and support both direct‑on‑line (DOL) and variable speed drive (VSD) operation modes.

Adopting welded steel frame construction, AMI modular induction motors come with standard cooling and protection combinations: IC01 / IP24W, IC611 / IP55 and IC81W / IP55. Frame shaft height ranges from 400 mm to 630 mm. Both horizontal and vertical mounting types are supported.

This catalog lists technical data under 50Hz condition. The motors can run at 50Hz or 60Hz, delivering synchronous speed ranging from 500 rpm to 3600 rpm. The power scope covered in this catalogue reaches up to 8000 kW, while the full product range can achieve maximum output up to 23000 kW.

IC01 / IP24 This weather‑resistant motor is equipped with a shaft‑driven internal cooling fan. Its structural design limits rain, snow and airborne particles entering live components. Air intake velocity is controlled below 3 m/s to allow heavy particles to settle. Three over‑90° sharp turns inside the air channel further optimize airflow. The motor offers protection against splashing water from all directions.

IC611 / IP55 Fully enclosed motor fitted with an on‑board air‑to‑air heat exchanger. Shaft‑mounted fans are arranged internally and externally to drive inner and outer cooling circuits separately. It provides reliable protection against dust and omnidirectional splashing water.

IC81W / IP55 Fully enclosed design equipped with air‑to‑water heat exchanger. One shaft‑driven internal fan circulates air for inner cooling loop. Dust‑proof and resistant to splashing water from all directions.

IC31 / IP55 Equipped with inlet and outlet pipes for remote cooling air supply. This version removes the top cover of standard AMI motor frame. It reaches IP55 grade against dust and all‑direction splashing water.

IC01 Features asymmetric internal air circulation structure.

Export‑grade standard seaworthy packing. Options include plywood case or fumigated wooden case. Suitable for long‑distance sea and land transportation.
